These were settings where change came in many forms: structural shifts, leadership transitions, or digital adoption initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And second, through my clients\u2014Indian and international businesses navigating market expansion, M&amp;As, or internal restructuring. I\u2019ve often found myself in the thick of these moments, facilitating conversations, guiding transitions, and occasionally, firefighting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the recurring theme was clear: change is rarely just about strategy. It\u2019s about people. And yet, we often lacked a shared vocabulary or framework to manage it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what led me to Vicki Hart\u2019s course on change management. It offers a strong foundation\u2014and more importantly, a structure\u2014for managing the human side of change. The course outlines six tried-and-tested best practices, backed by engaging case studies that encourage you to draw on your own professional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the ideas that resonated deeply with me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Crafting a clear business case for change<\/strong>, not just a slogan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Getting sponsors aligned early<\/strong>\u2014change without leadership buy-in is wishful thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mapping and engaging stakeholders<\/strong>, because resistance often comes from feeling unheard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Understanding organisational culture<\/strong> before imposing a new direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planning for communication, training, and knowledge transfer<\/strong>\u2014because transitions don\u2019t happen in a single meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This course has helped me put structure to what I\u2019ve been doing intuitively for years\u2014and given me tools to do it better. Adding this to my learning page is more than a credential.
